Our Valen Equestrian High School and Middle School Riders are off to Regionals this weekend in Napa! Wish us luck! Everyone has worked incredibly hard this season!!

What is IEA?

IEA is a fun way to compete on a team and gain more show experience with low financial and time commitment

  • Time commitment: 5 practices and 5 one-day competitions (not including post-season championships: Regionals, Zones & Nationals)

  • Practices are held at: Valen Equestrian in Aptos/Larkin Valley Area

  • Classes are offered in a range of ability levels: beginner to advanced

  • The competition season starts in September and ends in late spring

  • Post-season would be up to 3 additional shows and not included in the cost

  • No need to own a horse to participate

  • Riders compete as a part of a team and individually

  • Cost: $1275-$1850 for the entire season depending on your level (post-season not included)
